Grant Description
Grants of up to $5,000 and grants of up to $20,000 to Texas nonprofit organizations to provide legal services to women and children in eligible regions. Grants are available for general operating support and pro bono legal services. Eligible applicants are those that provide services to Central Texas.

The Travis County Women Lawyers Foundation awards two types of legal services grants: Impact Grants and Traditional Grants.

Traditional Grants support the provision of pro bono legal services or legal education to women and/or children in Central Texas.

Impact Grants provide an organization with a more substantial financial contribution that would allow that organization to expand their services, stage an event, pay for specialized training, or fund a similar activity that the organization would otherwise be unable to accomplish and that would have a long-lasting impact on the delivery of pro bono legal services and/or other support services to women and/or children in Central Texas involved in the legal system.
