In-kind grants to Florida nonprofit organizations and government entities in eligible locations to help with the production of a public service announcement video clip. Grants are awarded based on scoring criteria that evaluate the agency's need, stability, and community engagement. Production services from SLCTV will not exceed more than 40 staff hours per grant and completed video clips may be up to 60 seconds long. Eligible applicants are located in St. Lucie County.
The St. Lucie County's Communications Division offers an annual grant program to local non-profits and government agencies.
Eligibility:
- To apply for a video production grant, agencies must have an office located in St. Lucie County for at least the past 12 months.
- Agencies applying must be a non-profit agency and provide official documentation to prove it.
Pre-Application Information
The application must be received by the Communications staff on or before 5 p.m. on the first Monday in March (March 6, 2023).
Video production grant awards will be announced in early March.
Agencies can only apply for one video production grant per year.
Number of Grants
Depending on Media Relations work load, the selection committee may choose to recommend awarding up to three grants.
Term of Contract
Production on awarded grants may begin in March, but must be completed by December.
