Grants to Mississippi nonprofit organizations to provide voluntary family planning services primarily to low-income families. Funding is available to establish new and operate existing services. Family planning services include clinical family planning and related preventive health services, information, education, and counseling related to family planning, and, referral services.
For applicants that will not provide all services directly, the applicant must document the process it will use for providing an opportunity to receive subawards to qualified entities eligible to receive federal funds in providing services throughout the service area to meet the needs of project beneficiaries.
