Grants to Jackson, Mississippi nonprofit organizations for programs that will improve the lives of children and youth. Specific priority areas include early literacy, children’s health, and social development. Funding is intended to provide better health, education, welfare, and safety for all children and youth. Applicants must describe how they plan to involve JLJ volunteers in their proposed project.

All Proposed Projects must begin no earlier than June 1, 2018, and conclude no later than May 31, 2019.

Nonprofits serving the Jackson community may apply.

The next application period begins June 1, 2017, and will continue until June 30, 2017.
