Grants to Texas nonprofit organizations in eligible locations for programs that promote diversity and social inclusion. Funding is intended to support policy and advocacy work or to promote capacity-building efforts related to racial equity. Organizations may only apply for funding in one of these two areas. Eligible applicants serve the residents of Dallas County.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for a grant, an organization must be a tax-exempt, nonprofit agency that serves a variety of charitable purposes. All competitively awarded grants go to agencies that serve Dallas County, unless otherwise noted.

Community Impact funds are generally not available for:
- Annual Fund campaigns, underwriting of fundraising events, and marketing campaigns
- Religious purposes (although we do support educational and social service programs offered by faith-based organizations)
- Programs or services that do not serve Dallas County residents
- Debt retirement
- Research
- Endowments
- Individuals
- Start-up organizations

Applications are due by Friday, October 16, 2020.
