Program for Europe and Israel individuals seeking to launch projects involving Jewish culture. Participants will attend a 10-day summer program where they will acquire the skills and support they need to get their project started. Projects must take place in Europe, involve Jewish culture, and be concrete and feasible.

The Paideia Project-Incubator is Europe’s leading program for supporting project development and social innovation in the Jewish sphere. It is a method-oriented 10-day summer program focusing on acquiring the necessary tools and support structures for getting projects off the ground. The program gives participants the keys, the inspiration and the networks needed to convert their ideas into action.

Over ten days, the Paideia Project-Incubator provides a step-by-step working process – from the idea stage to realization – and includes workshops, seminars, individual tutoring time for each participant, peer-to-peer feedback sessions, and check-ins. The curriculum includes sessions on project development, fundraising, Jewish content, individual tutoring, social activities and much more. There are eight hours of scheduled activities each day, cultural and social programming at night.

- The tools and knowledge you need to get your project off the ground or to the next stage
- A pan-European network
- Broadened Jewish cultural horizons
- Experienced tutoring – from project conceptualization and developing Jewish content – to fundraising and hands-on tools for project implementation
- The inclusion in a 600 member strong community of Paideia graduates from all over Europe, working in education, community leadership, the museum world, academia, the arts and more, as well as access to the Paideia alumni conference in locations across Europe, each year gathering 100 people
