Grants to Graham County, Arizona nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and schools for programs to build and strengthen the community. Funding is intended for programs in the four priority areas of community and economic development, environment, education and training, and health and wellness. Programs are sought that encourage a strong focus on local capacity-building, community development, and sustainability.
Applications must align with one of the established Community Priorities and must deliver on one of the identified Community Outcomes.

Only IRS determined tax-exempt entities such as nonprofits with a 501(c)3 designation, schools, and government institutions are eligible for social investment dollars from the Freeport-McMoRan Foundation.
Please note, the maximum indirect cost allowed by the Freeport-McMoRan Foundation is 6% of direct project costs.
All projects should have at least one partner. A “Partner” is defined as any other entity or group that is formally involved in supporting the project and ensuring its success. A partner may be another nonprofit organization, a business, a government office, a school, a parent/ teacher association (PTA), a group of community volunteers, etc.
