Grants to Harper County, Kansas nonprofit community organizations for projects to benefit local residents. Program areas include health care, education, community improvement, human needs, and rural development. Applicants may request matching, partial, or full funding of their project.

It is the expectation of the Harper County Community Foundation that all funding will be used within 12-months after being awarded.

Grants will be awarded to not-for-profit community organizations that benefit Harper County Citizens.

No grants will be made to Individuals.

No portion of the project grant shall be applied to administrative or overhead costs.

Projects must comply with Federal and State laws, rules and regulations concerning equal opportunity and non-discrimination.

Grant applications must be postmarked by May 1 or October 1.

Grant awards will be announced 45 days after the application deadline.
