Grants of up to $10,000 to Henderson County, Texas nonprofits and government entities for projects in the areas of education, health, human services, environment, and the arts. The Foundation seeks to enhance the lives of local residents through strong projects based on good ideas and compelling needs.

The grant committee encourages requests not to exceed $10,000. There is no minimum for a request.
Applicants are limited to non-profits providing services in Henderson County, Texas. Applicants must be tax-exempt, non-profit organizations with 501(c)(3) status or a governmental entity.
Services must be available to citizens of the community without regard to race or religion.
The Foundation does not fund grants to individuals or political activities.
This grant deadline is June 29, 2017 at 5:00 PM. Recipients will be announced by Mid-August, 2017.
Applicants must attach a detailed project budget, current fiscal year operating budget, and your most recent financial statements viewed by your board of directors.
Applicants should be available to meet with the Grants Committee for clarification or to answer additional questions, if requested.
