Grant Description
Grants to North Carolina nonprofit arts organizations in eligible locations for general operating support. The purpose of the program is to strengthen and stabilize local organizations providing high-quality arts programming for the citizens of Cabarrus County.

To ensure that Grassroots arts programs reflect the racial and ethnic diversity of the county, Cabarrus Arts Council is required to spend a percentage of its annual county allotment on programming that reflects African American, Asian American, Latino and Native American cultures.
