The Kids In Need Foundation’s mission is to ensure that every child is prepared to learn and succeed in the classroom by providing free school supplies nationally to students most in need.
GrantWatch ID#: 172741
To be eligible, a school must have 70% or more of their students receive free or reduced-price lunches.
The submission period will begin on July 13 and end on August 14. Applicants must describe, in 750 words or less, how the Foundation's supplies will positively impact the classroom.
The Foundation will notify applicants and ship boxes in October. Unfortunately, because supplies are limited, the Foundation does not guarantee that all qualifying applicants will receive supplies.
A printable, downloadable flier on the Teacher Supply Boxes program is available below (see Supporting Documents section).
