Matching Requirements:

Please note that these are matching grants. Matching funds can be comprised of money, time, volunteers, or in-kind supporting services from your organization or partners.

Volunteer time is considered an in-kind donation. To calculate the value of volunteer time, the Independent Sector volunteer time currently values an hour of volunteer time at $24.14. If you have three volunteers donating 10 hours each, the donated hours equal $724.20 (30 hours x $24.14).

Applicants must place an actual or reasonable estimate of the dollar value of all non-cash resources. For example, if video production services are being donated at no cost, provide the figure of what normally would be charged and the name of the company or person donating the service.

This total must equal or exceed the amount requested from TMAF.
