Focus areas include health and wellness, arts and culture, education, and human services. Funding may be used to support new or existing programs. Services must benefit women and children in the Tyler/Smith County area.

Grant Eligibility Requirements:
- Applicant is not receiving and/or utilizing grant funding from Women's Fund in 2022
- Applicant is a tax-exempt, nonprofit organization with an active, functioning board of directors
- Organization's yearly operating budget is $120,000 or more
- Organization has the ability to sustain the project

Funding will not be considered for the following:
- Grants to individuals
- Budget deficits/debt retirement or restructuring
- Capital Campaigns (Capital Asset requests are allowed)
- General operating funds for existing programs
- Religious/sectarian causes for strictly religious or sectarian purposes
- Political or lobbying activities

The 2023 Grant Process will begin with the Grant Training Seminar for Nonprofits on Wednesday, May 18 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the Genecov Room, Tyler Area Chamber of Commerce Building, 315 N. Broadway Ave.

Grant Applications will be available online beginning Monday, June 6, 2022 and must be completed by Monday, July 11, 2022.
