Grants and in-kind grants to Oklahoma nonprofit organizations in eligible counties to support educational arts activities for underserved children and youth. Gift cards may be requested in addition to grant funds for the purchase of supplies and materials. Funding is intended to support cultural opportunities for schoolchildren in grades K-12. Projects can take place at agency facilities, in school classrooms, at afterschool sites, libraries, parks, community centers or virtually. Applicants with headquarters in Oklahoma, Kingfisher, Logan, Lincoln, Seminole, Pottawatomie, Cleveland, McClain, Grady, and Canadian counties are eligible.

Estimated Size of Grant:

Agencies with an annual budget of $500,000 or more: Up to $5,000 (including gift card request).

Agencies with an annual budget of less than $500,000: Up to $3,000 (including gift card request).

Gift cards can be requested - Hobby Lobby gift cards are also available in increments of $100.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Provide quality arts and cultural programming to the community
- Be a nonprofit arts organization, tax-exempt corporation as defined under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Service (have current 501(c)(3) status)
- Be established and functional for at least three years
- Have current financials and an active, volunteer board of directors
- Have headquarters in central Oklahoma (defined by the 10-county area including the counties of Oklahoma, Kingfisher, Logan, Lincoln, Seminole, Pottawatomie, Cleveland, McClain, Grady, and Canadian)
- Have current registration as a charitable organization with the State of Oklahoma
- Grantees must be self-identified as “Arts, Culture, and Humanities” using the National Taxonomy of Exempt Entities system
- Submit an evaluation report for previously awarded grant funding
