Request a Grant Writer

Grants to Stanley, North Dakota nonprofit organizations and government agencies for a broad range of programs and projects that improve the quality of life for those living and working in the City of Stanley or any of its surrounding communities.

High priority for funding will be given to proposals for projects or programs that benefit a greater number of residents, and for requests demonstrating that the applicant will seek or has secured other funding sources. Requests for operating funds or day-to-day expenses will be given a lower priority.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

Eligible applicants:
- Grants shall be awarded only to those organizations designated by the IRS Code as 501(c)(3) non-profit tax-exempt groups, or government agencies.
- Grants shall be awarded to organizations within Stanley and surrounding communities, as determined by the Advisory Committee.
- Grants to religious organizations will be limited to those activities which are non-denominational and serve the entire community.

Pre-Application Information:

Applications will be accepted between August 25th and September 25th. The deadline may be extended at the discretion of the Advisory Committee.
