Grants of up to $3,000 to Hudson Valley, New York nonprofits and organizations for programs that promote the welfare of animals. Priority funding is intended for programs or services that benefit cats and dogs, as well as retired circus animals and retired farm animals. Eligible counties include Columbia, Dutchess, Greene, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster and Westchester.

Estimated Size of Grant:

Grants made through this program will not exceed $3,000. Awards range from $500-$2,000.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

Organizations in the Hudson Valley involved in providing programs or services that promote animal welfare.

The Hudson Valley includes Columbia, Dutchess, Greene, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster and Westchester counties.

Pre-Application Information:

Applications for the fall grant cycle must be submitted by October 15th. Awards announced in December.
