Grants of up to $2,500 to Arkansas nonprofits and civic organizations for community beautification projects on public land. Funding is intended for projects that seek to enhance public areas such as parks, community entrances, and schools. The goal of the project should be to enrich the community's quality of life through horticulture.

This program can promote community pride, rejuvenate streets, re-energize neighbors, and improve Arkansas’ image. Applications for beautification projects with long-term and broad impact in a community will be scored higher and are more likely to be funded. Sustainable projects that will continue to benefit a community for years to come are more likely to be funded.
