Grants ranging from $500 to $2,500 to North Carolina nonprofit organizations for arts projects, programs, literary publications, and dramatic productions that focus on promoting social justice, human rights, and racial equality. A proposed project or activity in which an art form illuminates an issue of human rights would be particularly appropriate.

Projects could include the promotion and preservation of Paul Green's own literary works. Proposals to fund projects that combine human rights, the arts, and Paul Green’s works would be welcomed.
