Kansas Farm Bureau (KFB) Foundation for Agriculture
Grants of up to $300 to Kansas organizations to engage people of all ages in programs that promote agricultural understanding. Funding may also be requested for programs that give youth and adults the skills they need to become leaders in the agricultural community. Requests will be considered under the following areas.
1) Agriculture educational programs for key segments of the urban, suburban and rural population, e.g., children, adults, teachers and retirees to improve their perceptions and increase their understanding of agriculture and its importance in their lives and to the economy.
2) Agriculture leadership programs for key segments of the urban, suburban and rural population, e.g., youth and adults to improve their leadership skills and involvement in leadership to benefit agriculture and rural communities.

Most approved grants are limited or require matching funds not to exceed $300 per grant.
Any one County Farm Bureau may not receive grants totaling more than $1,250 per grant period.
Kansas organizations may apply.
-May 15 for the July - December granting period.
-November 15 for the January - June granting period.
