Step 2 — Submit a Letter of Inquiry

An inquiry to the Foundation is strongly encouraged prior to submitting a full application. In your inquiry, you should provide some basic information about, and a description of, your project.

Step 3 — Submit an Application

If an inquiry aligns with the Foundation’s funding priorities, you’ll be encouraged to submit a full proposal. For its next round of granting, the Foundation will begin taking applications November 1, 2016 and the deadline for submissions is December 23, 2016. Please note: This schedule for 2017 grants starts and ends earlier than in past years.

Step 4 — Application Received

The Foundation will acknowledge your application, and may also request additional information as the Grant Committee’s review gets under way.
