Grants of up to $250 to West Virginia public school teachers as well as other individuals who have creative ideas for classroom programs or projects that enhance student learning in Greenbrier, Monroe, and Pocahontas County schools. Funding may be used to purchase supplies, pay honoraria for guest speakers, and assist with the cost of travel and admission for student field trips, as well as other educational purposes.

Each individual may submit two applications for up to $250.

Funding is provided for projects to be completed in the upcoming school year.

Teachers as well as any individual who would like to present an enrichment program in one of the public schools in Greenbrier, Monroe, and Pocahontas counties may apply.

If the individual is not a public school teacher, he/she must obtain the permission of a teacher to present the program in that teacher’s class.

Before starting your grant application, please review the funding source's website listed below for updates/changes/addendums/conferences/LOIs.

The Foundation's preference is that applications be emailed to info@gvfoundation.org.
