Grants of up to $10,000 to Arkansas nonprofit organizations, government agencies, churches, hospitals, schools, and institutions of higher education to provide arts projects to disadvantaged communities. Funding is intended to support joint activities conducted by more than one community organization and may be used for purposes such as technician fees, sponsorship of individual artists or arts companies, and special expenses for projects.

Collaborative Project Support applicants may request up to $10,000. The minimum award request is $1,000.
Grant awards for Fiscal Year 2022 are made for Collaborative Projects occurring between July 1, 2021, and June 30, 2022.
Applicants may request funding no more than two additional years for expansions of the original project.
