Grants of up to $2,000 to Oregon nonprofit organizations and government agencies for cultural activities and projects in eligible regions. Funding is available for general operating support to reduce the negative financial impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and programmatic support. Eligible projects and programs must benefit residents of Columbia County.
Project grant funds can only be used to cover the actual out‐of‐pocket expenses of the project.
Support grant funds may be used to defray ongoing costs of existing non‐profit groups impacted by the COVID pandemic restrictions. Examples include staffing, rent, storage fees, insurance and other fixed business costs.

2022 grant applications are available for projects occurring between January and October of 2022.
