Grants of up to $8,000 to Tulsa, Oklahoma nonprofits for performing arts or related educational events at a local performing arts center. Funding is intended for innovative programs that attract a diverse audience or that would otherwise not be hosted by the center. Additionally, grants are available specifically for events that promote cultural diversity.

For Culture Diversity Grants, events should represent a particular ethnic culture within the Tulsa community. Marketing plans should target that community as well as the general population.

Facility grants will cover rent, security, ticket office, ticket printing, PAC equipment, PAC stagehand fees, cleaning fees, and PAC permit fee.

- For events that promote cultural diversity, grants are available up to $2,500 each.
- Individual organizations will be limited to $8,000 in facility grants per season.

Proposals must meet at least one of the Trust objectives:

1. Diversify and expand the PAC audience
2. Illustrate innovative programming
3. Provide programming that might not otherwise occur at the Tulsa PAC

- Requesting organization must be 501 (c) (3) with documentation.
- Participants in the Frequent Local User Discount program are not eligible.
- Proposals must be for a performing arts event or related educational event that occurs at the PAC.
- Event must be beyond the normal financial capability of the organization.
- Event must be open to the public or educational.
- Fundraising events are not eligible.
- Events scheduled during SummerStage are not eligible.
- Specific productions that have received previous funding are not eligible.

Facility grants do not cover ushers, piano tuning, insurance, backline, credit card fees or additional stagehand labor.

A representative from the requesting organization must be present at the Program Committee meeting to present a three-to-five minute overview of the proposal and field questions from the committee. The next Program Committee meeting is scheduled for March 6, 2017. Grant requests are finalized by the full Trust at their corresponding meeting. All TPACT meetings are open to the public.

All meetings are held at 4:00 p.m. in the PAC Gallery, 110 E. Second Street, unless noted otherwise.

Payment will be two weeks after the Trust office receives your grant evaluation.
