Grants to Alabama nonprofit organizations in eligible counties for programs and projects benefiting local residents. The Funding Source supports a broad range of activities in the focus areas of health, education, recreation, historic preservation, human services, cultural arts, recreation, and other civic concerns. Eligible nonprofits must serve the Wiregrass region of Southeast Alabama, which includes Coffee, Dale, Geneva, Henry, and Houston Counties.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

Community Trust Grants are available for services and programs provided by any nonprofit in the Wiregrass area.

Southeast Alabama serves Coffee, Dale, Geneva, Henry, and Houston Counties.

Grants/Funding are not awarded to:
- Individuals
- Annual fundraising drives, events, or marketing campaigns
- Endowments
- Partisan political advocacy
- Regular operating support or capital projects
- Religious purposes (although the Foundation does support educational and social service programs offered by faith-based organizations)
- Research
- Sponsorship of fundraising events
- Start-up costs
