Grants to Northwest Territories nonprofit organizations in eligible areas for projects and programs that respond to community needs and positively impact local residents. Funding is intended for events and activities related to arts, community, culture, sports and recreation, and sports events, which benefit the residents of Yellowknife. The three funding streams are: Community Service Grants, Multi-Year Grants, and Sponsorship Grants.

- Community Service Grant: The maximum amount to be awarded for this grant is $10,000.
- Multi-Year Grant: The maximum to be awarded is $80,000 per year.
- Sponsorship Grant: The maximum amount to be awarded is $20,000.
- Community Service Grant: One year. Funding must be used within the grant year.
- Multi-Year Grant: Three (3) year funding.
- Sponsorship Grant: One (1) year funding. Funding must be used within the grant year.
