Grants of up to $10,000 to Monroe County, Florida nonprofit organizations and government agencies to strengthen the local community in the following categories: drug abuse prevention, crime prevention, and mental and physical health services for people of all ages.

Please note that requests for sports, arts, and cultural programming are not likely to receive favorable recommendations during the current grant cycle.


Up to $10,000

Multiple year funding requests will be considered on a limited case-by-case basis.

Grant funding is available to private, nonprofit organizations pursuant to 26 U.S.C. 501(c)(3) or 4 or State, County or Local Government Department or Agency operating in Monroe County.

Applications must be received no later than noon, Friday, February 10, 2017.

Grant proposals generating new matching funds will be given extra consideration.
