Grants ranging from $10,000 to $35,000 to Hawaii nonprofit organizations to provide local breast cancer awareness and education, as well as access to diagnostic services, treatment, and support services for individuals of low socio-economic status.
Funding may be requested for the following priority areas:
- Increase education on the importance of breast self-awareness, screenings, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle among women and men with low social economic status throughout the State of Hawaii.
- Remove cultural, linguistic, transportation and economic barriers for screening, diagnostic tests, treatment and follow-up care for women and men with low social economic status throughout the State of Hawaii.

This Community Grant Application cycle is for funding from April 1, 2018 to March 31, 2019.
Grants are made to not-for-profit organization that provides breast health and/or breast cancer education, screening, or treatment services.
