Grants to Maryland and West Virginia nonprofit organizations and government agencies in eligible regions for community benefit initiatives. Priority areas of funding include education and youth leadership, health and wellness, arts and historical preservation, and quality of life and environment. Activities must benefit the communities of Allegany and Garrett Counties, Maryland; and Mineral County, West Virginia.
CTF is committed to identifying high priority needs and opportunities to make a significant positive impact on the community. CTF grants are typically used to provide start-up or short-term funding to innovative projects designed to meet emerging needs or with creative solutions to longer-term issues.
