Grants of up to $2,000 to Oregon nonprofit arts and cultural organizations and individual artists in eligible locations for general operating support. Funding is intended to preserve, develop, and protect arts, humanities, and heritage throughout the county. Recipients must be located in Douglas County or provide services to Douglas County residents.

Estimated Size of Grant:

Requests range from $1,000 to $2,000 each. While the majority of funds will be for organizations, some grants ranging from $500 to $1,000 will be earmarked for individual visual artists, musicians, and writers.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

The Douglas County Cultural Coalition is looking for cultural partners with a history of providing programming and services, or individuals with a solid body of work. Recipients must either reside in Douglas County or provide services to Douglas County residents.

Pre-Application Information:

Applications are due January 15, 2022 by 5 pm.

Awards will be announced via email by mid-February 2022.
