Grants to Iowa nonprofit organizations and government agencies for capital projects that will positively impact eligible communities. Grant funding priorities include outdoor experiences and recreation, arts and culture, lake quality and environment, and economic development. Eligible projects are those that benefit the Great Lakes region.
The Okoboji Foundation funds Vital Capital Projects such as buildings, equipment or physical property that will be available for many years of use in the Lakes Community.
Projects should be visible, available to a large portion of the public and have a lasting positive impact in the Iowa Great Lakes region.
