Grants to USA nonprofit organizations for programs and activities that promote the development and appreciation of art made from glass. Funding will generally be provided for brochures, catalogs, curatorial stipends, exhibitions, videos, and residencies for visiting artists.

Funding is intended to support proposals demonstrating a specific educational purpose, with a preference for grants that focus on education of the public (as opposed to grants that focus on education of artists, curators, etc.).

Applications submitted by the September 1, 2017 deadlines are for projects that commence on January 1, 2018, or after.

Grants are made to 501(c)3 arts organizations in support of specific educational purpose, with preference for grants in which the focus is education of the public (as opposed to education of artists, curators, etc.).

Eligible use of funds:
Typically, grants support exhibitions, catalogs, brochures, videos, curatorial stipends, and residencies for visiting artists.

- AACG does not provide grants for artists' scholarships.
- AACG does not fund requests for equipment or capital needs.

The next deadlines for proposals are as follows:

- September 1, 2017 for projects to commence January 1, 2018, or after.
- March 1, 2018 for projects to commence July 1, 2018, or after.
