Grants to Washington nonprofit organizations to increase access to dental healthcare and improve oral health for underserved communities in eligible areas. Funding may be used for capital projects that increase access to care, for operational funds to test innovative strategies to improve oral health delivery, and to address social determinants of health.
An example of a successfully funded project could include a capital grant to expand an existing FQHC dental clinic and an operational grant to hire a community health worker to outreach into a local immigrant community.
