Grants to Tennessee nonprofit organizations to benefit the community in eligible locations and to enhance the quality of life for residents. Funding is intended to support programs and projects in the focus areas of social services, community, or arts and culture. Grants may be used for operating support and capital support. Programs should have a positive impact on the citizens of the City of Knoxville.
