The Associated - Louise D. and Morton J. Macks Center for Jewish Education (CJE)
Grants of up to $5,000 and grants of up to $7,500 to Maryland Jewish organizations and congregations in eligible locations for programs that promote Jewish engagement and education. Funding is intended to reach new learners and increase Jewish learning opportunities. Preference will be given to proposals from organizations based in Baltimore (usually defined as the city and county), although the Foundation will accept proposals from surrounding counties and will consider funding them after reviewing requests from local applicants.
JEEP grants provide funding to help congregations and Jewish organizations enhance their efforts to engage Jews in positive Jewish experiences. Projects should do the following:
Larger grants will be awarded based on a) creativity of the proposed project, b) potential impact on the learners, c) sustainability of the educational effort described in the proposal and d) total funds available.
