Funding is intended to provide social seed capital for new and innovative projects.

The Foundation funds projects that provide services to young people and seniors residing primarily in disadvantaged areas of Central Texas. A Glimmer of Hope Austin only considers projects that will continue to benefit the community after the Foundation's initial investment.
