Grants to Indiana public libraries, high school libraries, and academic libraries in eligible areas for projects and services that address community needs. Funding is intended to support creative programs and projects that have the potential to demonstrate a significant impact. Eligible libraries are located in Marion County and include the Indianapolis Public Library; any high school library (public/private/charter) in Marion County; and academic libraries at IUPUI, Marian University, and the University of Indianapolis.
