Grants to Oklahoma organizations and individuals to benefit residents in eligible counties. Funding is intended to provide financial assistance for individuals and to support organizational programs that help local communities. The goal of the grant program is to improve the quality of life in OEC’s seven-county service territory, which includes Cleveland, Oklahoma, Grady, McClain, Canadian, Caddo, and Pottawatomie.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

Individuals need not be co-op members to receive a grant from the OEC Foundation but do have to reside in the co-op’s service area to apply. Likewise, organizations must provide services to individuals within the co-op’s boundaries.

If an organization is requesting funding exempt from payment of income tax, a copy of IRS 501(c)(3) letter must be attached to the application.

Operation Round Up does NOT assist with utility or other bill payments, rent or mortgage payments, or individual Christmas gifts.

Pre-Application Information:

The OEC Foundation meets every six to eight weeks to review and act on grant requests. Those seeking a grant must fill out an application which is due a minimum of ten days before a scheduled meeting. Applications must be received by the deadline. Applications received after this date will be held for the next meeting.

- December 1

Applicants will be notified by mail of the board's decision regarding the request.
