Grants to New Jersey nonprofit organizations for projects that significantly impact the local community in eligible locations and to strengthen existing programs offered by organizations that have been affected by the Coronavirus (COVID-19) health crisis. Applicants must submit an eligibility form prior to submitting a full application. Projects must be located in and benefit Monmouth County.

Impact 100 Jersey Coast is looking for projects/programs that:

  • Target underserved populations
  • Address an unmet need in Monmouth County
  • Will have a high impact on the beneficiaries

The Foundation fund projects with high potential for community impact in the following focus areas:

  • Arts and Culture: Projects that develop greater artistic and cultural opportunities, and improve participation in the arts or arts education in local communities.
  • Children and Families: Projects that strengthen the lives of children and families in local communities.
  • Education: Projects or programs that advance or improve learning opportunities for children and/or adults in local communities.
  • Environment, Parks and Recreation: Projects that promote a positive and sustainable relationship between humans and their environment; preserve or enhance open and public spaces; or support environmental education and awareness in local communities.
  • Health and Wellness: Projects that improve the physical and/or mental well-being of people living in local communities.

Eligible projects and programs must: be a new program, expand upon an existing program, or propose a new or expanded collaboration.

Please note that while Impact 100 Jersey Coast is continuing to fund new or expanded projects, in recognition of the enormous challenges facing the nonprofit sector because of COVID-19, it is broadening its scope this year to accept proposals for funding to strengthen or sustain an existing project/program given that applicants may have unexpected or higher general operating needs(such as hiring a volunteer coordinator) or unforeseen budgetary expenses (such as deep cleaning or additional transportation costs) over the course of the upcoming months and beyond.

  • New Project
  • To expand, strengthen or sustain an existing project
  • Capital Project
  • New Collaboration
  • To expand, strengthen or sustain an existing collaboration
