Grants ranging from $5,000 to $25,000 and grants ranging from $25,000 to $75,000 to Canada nonprofit organizations for the provision of mental health services to military veterans, currently serving military members, and military families. The purpose of this program is to support organizations working to enhance mental health care for military communities throughout the country.

Grants will be provided to both community-based mental health programs, and to programs with a regional or national scope that are evidence-based or evidence-informed, with proven impact and sustainability.

Funding will be provided in two funding tiers: Stream 1 ($5,000 - $25,000) and Stream 2 ($25,000 - $75,000). Eligibility for Stream 1 and Stream 2 is dependent on organizational scope and experience. (See Eligibility Criteria below.)

Projects should leverage, expand or replicate proven programs and services already being offered by mental health agencies, MFRCs or other organizations that provide mental health care to military members, veterans, and military families.

Applications should be evidence-based and must have clear objectives, a measurement plan, and specifically address project sustainability post-funding.
