Grants to Maryland nonprofit organizations in eligible locations to promote artistic activities that benefit residents of local communities. New applicants must contact staff before applying and are eligible for project grants only. Grants may be awarded for arts programming or operating expenses. Funding is intended to support activities taking place in Howard County.
