Foundation / Corporation
Grants to USA, Canada, and International scientists for two-year clinical research projects on Parkinson's disease. Priority will be given to junior investigators, but scientists of all stages may apply. LOIs are due January 22, 2018. This research award is intended to facilitate the development of clinician scientists.
Clinician scientists are key experts who are vital to research involving those living with Parkinson’s disease. They bring lessons learned from the bedside to the bench, and from the bench to the bedside. Despite the projected increase in the number of people with Parkinson’s disease, there remains a shortage of those trained in the clinical research process necessary to advance therapies forward to benefit people living with PD.
