Grants of up to $50,000 to Rhode Island nonprofit organizations to provide veterans with mental and physical health services that would not be covered by any other means. Funding is intended for programs and counseling services to identify and treat veterans that are in need of care coordination. Examples include, but are not limited to, anxiety, depression, and conduct disorders.

Preference given to new programs or services addressing critical gaps in unmet need as described above or substantial increase in proven programs.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants must be a 501c3 Rhode Island nonprofit in good financial standing; grants will be awarded to organizations, not individuals.
