Grant of up to $20,000 to a Utah nonprofit organization for affordable housing projects in low-to moderate-income communities. Funding will be provided to nonprofits with sustainable business models that require one-time operational grants for emergency or growth funding and focus on affordable housing.


- Proposed projects must be operational programs in need of one-time emergency or growth funding.
- All grant recipients will be required to submit impact reports regarding the use of the funds.
- 51% or more of beneficiaries of this grant must be LMI.
