Established by the Rushville Parks and Recreation Director in 1995, the Parks Fund is to assist any Rush County park facility fund projects or programs which are not ordinarily funded by City or County governments.
The Rush County Community Foundation helps people of all means improve their community now and in the future. The Foundation helps donors provide grant-making dollars for not-for-profit organizations that serve Rush County citizens.
RCCF recognizes that other types of exempt organizations also exist to benefit the community, like youth athletic groups, civic groups, and others. In rare instances, the Foundation may give grants to these types of organizations if the funds will be used for a charitable purpose. If you feel that your agency qualifies and could use assistance, please contact the office.
IRS regulation prohibits the Foundation from granting to individuals.
