Rochester Area Community Foundation
Grant of $10,000 to a New York nonprofit organization for programs that enhance early childhood care in eligible regions. Funding is intended to maintain and improve early-learning programs and promote a high standard of care for children ages birth to eight years, with an emphasis on high-needs children and their families. Programs must serve children in the City of Rochester.
Funding priorities are for innovative projects that enhance the knowledge and skills of caregivers and teachers, improve the quality of their teaching and interactions with children, and produce measurable positive outcomes for children.
