Grants of up to $40,000 to Rhode Island nonprofit organizations for programs that serve domestic abuse and violence victims. Funding is intended for structured programs and/or counseling services to identify, track, and treat adults and children and who are the victims of domestic violence or sexual abuse. Preference is given to new programs or services addressing critical gaps in unmet needs or a substantial increase in proven programs.

Grants provide funding for 12-month proposal budgets.
Applicants must be a 501©3 Rhode Island nonprofit in good financial standing; grants are awarded to organizations, not individuals.
The Foundation discourages organizations from submitting proposals that focus directly/solely on staff hires or salary and benefit budget relief.
Deadline for submission is May 30, 2019. Successful applicants will be notified within 30 days. A site visit may be required if this is a first time application from your agency.
