In addition to financial investments, recipient organizations may also receive guidance on investment and management strategy from members of the Investment Committee. Preference is given to emerging organizations and startups (or spin-off programs), or new initiatives in existing organizations committed to change.

Finalists from the Call for Investments will be invited to pitch to the Investment Committee on June 5, 2019. The Investment Committee may consider loans, grants, or mentorship for proposals with a core focus on creating positive social change. Proposals must meet the following criteria:

- Innovative: Must demonstrate a compelling new idea, a novel approach to solving a social problem.
