Grants of up to $50,000 to USA, Canada, and International K-12 schools and accredited institutions of higher education to implement an artificial intelligence platform to address student enrollment and admission issues. Funding is intended for software licensing, cloud hosting, support, and professional services costs associated with implementing the AI Support Platform.

This grant offers the institution a chance to financially take on implementing an enrollment support solution with a clear ROI and no hidden costs that typically prevents most solutions from being successfully implemented and maintained.

Scale student support for enrollment through AI support.

The grant program will help institutions implement a solution that assists their end-users with everything from information on application process, eligibility to deadlines, documentation, and final admission. AI for Admissions & Enrollment Grant’s 24×7 Admissions and Enrollment AI chatbot will ensure that no prospective or returning student misses out on anything integral. The exclusive support will help the institution join dots for the following:
- Basic recruitment inquiries
- Quick Response to chat Inquiries
- Attending daily inflow of perspective and returning student inquiries
- Routing of chats to appropriate offices.
- Connecting students with advisors

The Artificial Intelligence for Admissions and Enrollment Grant provides selected institutions a grant award up to $50,000.

Term of Contract:

- The grant covers the platform over a period of five years.
- Project Kick-Off by October 31, 2019

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

K-12 Schools and Accredited Institutions of Higher Education are eligible to apply.

Previous awardees are eligible. Separate applications are required for each grant pursued.

Preference will be given to applications who have a letter of recommendation from a previous grant awardee.

For swift implementation, applicants are required to demonstrate institutional purpose in the form of a “letter of intent” signed by Dean/President or member of campus leadership team. The letter should ideally indicate problems the solution aims to solve, and why the Grant would be a helpful solution for the institution.
