Grants of up to $45,000 to Pennsylvania arts and culture organizations for emergency financial support during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Funding is intended to mitigate the economic effects of the pandemic on organizations that are located in the following counties: Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia.

Estimated Size of Grant:

Funds will be awarded in six budget tiers:
● $250,000 to $499,999 (1% of budget up to $5,000)
● $500,000 to $999,999 (1% of budget up to $10,000)
● $1,000,000 to $2,99,999 (0.5% of budget up to $15,000)
● $3,000,000 to $4,999,999 (0.5% of budget up to $25,000)
● $5,000,000 to $9,999,999 (0.4% of budget up to $35,000)
● $10,000,000 to $15,000,000 (0.3% of budget up to $45,000)

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

Eligibility Requirements:
● Must be a 501(c)3 nonprofit or fiscally-sponsored organization with arts, culture or humanities as its core mission; or a nonprofit public space with significant, ongoing arts and culture programming
● Must have had expenses between $250,000 and $15 million in FY2019
● Must be located in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery or Philadelphia counties in Pennsylvania
● Must have at least 3 year-history of nonprofit or fiscally-sponsored status

Pre-Application Information:

Applications open on Thursday, May 21 at 12 p.m.
Deadline to apply is Friday, June 5 at 5 p.m.

Applications will be screened for eligibility on an ongoing basis. Applicants will be notified by mid-July 2020, depending on the volume of applications received. Funding will be distributed via a mailed check or ACH direct bank deposit shortly after notification.
